Customer and Employee Safety

During these troubling times, Wilford & Lee is doing our part to keep our online and in-store customers as safe as possible. We are constantly researching best practices to keep up to date with the correct procedures. When arriving at work all employee’s temperatures are taken with a contactless thermometer to make sure everyone is healthy before beginning their work day. All team members wear masks while working with you and your items. We have stepped up sanitizing procedures to ensure our stores are clean and ready for you to shop your favorite items or new arrivals! 

We want everyone who shops at our four locations to feel safe and secure during their experience. At every store there is a supply of complimentary hand sanitizer and masks for all of our customers to use while shopping. 

As a small business, we want to support other small businesses during this very challenging time. Our hand sanitizer available in our stores is made in the USA by Junction 35 Distillery, located in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, another small business. Their hand sanitizer meets the World Health Organization’s (WHO) recommendations and is FDA approved. Its high alcohol content makes it even better at fighting germs and viruses than other hand sanitizer gels. We’re grateful to be able to provide our staff and customers with hand sanitizer when they need it most.
