By ordering with Wilford & Lee, Inc the customer agrees to have read fully and understood our terms and conditions. The following is a list of our terms and conditions:Internet Order Policy
Internet orders are subject to credit card verification and are processed in 1 business day, this processing time does not include shipping days. All orders are subject to availability and limited to stock on hand. We make every effort to fill orders completely. We ask for your understanding when a product becomes unavailable and we will gladly recommend a similar product. Bought Online Full priced items must be returned within 30 days for a full refund by shipping the items to our Fort Myers location at 13300-38 S. Cleveland Avenue or physically brought back to any of our four locations. If you choose to return the items via shipping you must pay the additional shipping charge. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Sale Items must be returned within 7 days for a full refund by shipping the items to our Fort Myers location at 13300-38 S. Cleveland Avenue or physically brought back to any of our four locations. If you choose to return the items via shipping you must pay the additional shipping charge. Shipping Policy We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with Fedex and USPS to make the delivery:• Fedex Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit (this option is offered at checkout)• USPS - approximately 2-5 business days in transit (this option is offered at checkout for specific items)• For select categories of items we offer free shipping on orders more than $50. All discontinued items DO NOT qualify for free shipping.• We can arrange faster forms of shipping via phone (239) 481-3711 ext. 001• Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, & The U.S. Virgin Islands may be subject to additional shipping charges. They will be approved by customers before being charged.Please note, a street address is required for all shipments. We offer a "Comments" section at checkout if you would like a specific delivery date. We will make every attempt to meet your request. All orders shipped outside of Florida are not subject to Florida state sales tax.All orders picked up at our locations are subject to Florida state sales tax.
In-Store Pickup Policy
For free "in-store" pickup orders, you must plan to pick your order up in the selected store location. We will NOT ship your order if you select this option. Flawed/Repaired Items cannot be returned. All sales of items within this category are final.There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances. California Alcohol and Beverage Laws prohibit these types of refunds.
