Kathryn White is one of the top Licensing Artists in the gift, home accent, and stationary markets.
While living in England, Kathryn found inspiration in the Cotswold Hills that surrounded her home and from her frequent trips to Europe. The flea markets of Paris, the slopes of Umbra in Italy and the simple classic charm of Stockholm, Sweden have all found expression in her work. Now, from her studio on the North Shore of Massachusetts, she returns to these formative influences. For her they are an unending wellspring of Light, Color and concept with which she blends the new and the old world.
The work of Kathryn White fuses contemporary materials and technique with traditional methodologies. Her famous versatility allows her to paint in both oils and watercolors, she is even skilled in the classical medium of egg tempera.
